🚨 JUST NOW: US Supreme Court deals MASSIVE BLOW to activist judges by allowing the Trump administration to BLOCK "asylum seekers" from entering America This is the right call! 🔥 "If you have to arrive in the US to start an asylum proceeding or an asylum claim. What if you're held on the side? You're not allowed to come in. Immigration advocates had said people should be accepted there, but the court said no, it says we decide only that an alien standing in Mexico does not quote unquote 'arrive' in the United States!" "The INA international immigration law neither entitle such an alien to apply for asylum nor requires an immigration officer to inspect him. So a win for the Trump administration in the border policy."

Keir Starmer crucifies Rishi Sunak over the Rwanda Scheme at #PMQs Did you know, if it did pass, we would only be able to send 100 asylum seekers to Rwanda? There are 75,492 asylum seekers in the UK. We are paying Rwanda over £150 million to take 100 asylum seekers. And the agreement also means we take up to 100 asylum seekers from Rwanda. So we aren't shifting the problem away, we're moving asylum seekers around like a game, all the while to appease people who want the UK to crackdown on asylum seekers, while keeping the total number of asylum seekers in the UK the same. If you think the Rwanda sceheme is fixing the asylum seeking system or backlog? Think again. The government thinks you're stupid. And if you believe their dog whistling, I suspect you probably are.

Being on the bench is not a setback—it's a setup for success. If you're on the sideline, you're not just waiting your turn; you're preparing to make your turn count. When it’s your time to step up, you don’t just want to be ready—you want to be better.

🇳🇱🔴"Are you here to beat up children?" During anti-asylum center demonstrations in Apeldoorn, a woman challenges Dutch police. "If you take off that uniform, you are also just a citizen. Yes, and your wife is too, and your children are too." Just last week, Dutch riot officers viciously beat young children who were protesting against an asylum center in their town. In Apeldoorn, an asylum center for 250 asylum seekers is being built right next to a school for special education. Parents of children in the school say they are deeply concerned about safety in the neighborhood.

If you can safely return to the country you fled for vacation or a casual family visit, you are not a genuine asylum seeker or refugee. Your claim of persecution is contradicted by your own actions. Your status should be revoked and you should be removed.

At an asylum hotel protest yesterday in Fallowfield, South Manchester, these right-wing idiots blasted a song saying, "You can stick your Palestine up your arse." I'm not sure what Palestine has to do with asylum in the UK, unless it's all really just about anti-Muslim hatred.🤔

WOW 🚨 Dominik Tarczyński reveals there is a “First safe country” policy that’s countries were supposed to be abiding by, even the United States, and only Poland was It means if there is a refugee, they MUST go to the “First safe country” typically one that shares a border. If they don’t, they can even be returned to the “first safe country” per this policy Many countries apply “first safe country” (or “first country of asylum”) and “safe third country” concepts in their asylum policies First country of asylum: Asylum seekers can be returned to a prior country where they already received (or had the opportunity for) protection. Safe third country: Claims can be deemed inadmissible if the person passed through a “safe” country where they could have claimed protection. The concepts date back to the 1990s/2000s US-Canada have had these Safe Third Country Agreements in effect since 2004 We should not have taken any of these fake asylum seekers

This Nigerian man is saying, "My sister, the point is we are tired of South Africa. I've stayed here for 20 years and have a child with a South African." He is here with an asylum seeker, and I have a sister in the UK, and she already has citizenship. Can a family scattered like this be asylum seekers coming from one country?

Dear R Y L A N, You're a national TV host. So YOU are responsible for the "narratives we get fed" if you choose to repeat them on TV. And you watched people try to burn asylum seekers alive last year. So even if your crime is recklessness, not dishonesty, it's still unforgivable.

Unelected bureaucrat David Cameron explains how we need the Rwanda plan because of Brexit 🤦‍♂️ Anushka Asthana, "Hand on heart. If this had come up when you were PM, would you have gone with this Rwanda policy?" David Cameron, "We had a situation where you could return people directly to France.. People land on a beach in Kent, you take them straight back to France.. You therefore break the model of the people smugglers" Anushka Asthana, "Shouldn't you be trying to get that?" David Cameron, "That's not available at the moment" Anushka Asthana, "Because of Brexit?" David Cameron, "(Yes) Because of the situation we are in (having left the EU)" The UK has participated in the Dublin process since it was inaugurated in 1990. When the UK left the EU, the UK left the Dublin agreement and we no longer have the automatic right to return asylum seekers back to France. So Brexit was to take back control from unelected bureaucrats, and here we have David Cameron an unelected bureaucrat in charge of our foreign policy. And Brexit was about taking control of our borders and asylum seekers, and we've lost the ability to return asylum seekers to France, and instead have to spend over £1,000,000 to send asylum seekers to Rwanda, in a 1 in 1 out policy i.e. for every asylum seeker we send to Rwanda, they send us one of their asylum seekers, so we don't have fewer asylum seekers, we're just shuffling asylum seekers around. Hundreds of millions for a PR campaign to appease racists while there is a cost of living crisis in the UK and millions of Brits living in poverty. Disgraceful.

Victoria Derbyshire speaks with an asylum seeker from Iran, Nima Moradi "When I left my country, I wasn't thinking about the destination, I was thinking about being safe" "When I was in Greece I was thinking to go to Germany, but when I was granted asylum I thought, because I can speak English, I will go to England" "The Rwanda bill will not stop asylum seekers coming to the UK.. See how many people are trying to cross the channel last night.. People have access to information.. They know the bill has passed.. But still they will try to cross the channel.. Because they will think that they won't be amongst the 1% selected to go to Rwanda" "If there was a safe route for me to claim asylum.. For example if the UK had a center I could claim asylum.. I would do that instead of paying people smugglers £3,000 but I crossed because there was no safe route to apply for asylum"

Suella Braverman This is a video of you explaining that the only way to claim asylum in the UK is to cross the Channel illegally. If you'd actually provided safe routes for them to get here, they'd probably still be alive.

Man in green shirt, "I've been working with refugees and asylum seekers for the last three years" "I'm not sure why there's so much focus on preventing people coming to the UK, it would be much more efficient and effective to fix the broken, cruel, asylum system that is in place" "You're never going to stop people coming here, all you're doing is making people take more dangerous measures" - Wish he added a call for safe and legal routes which is what so many Labour MPs called for in opposition criticising the Conservatives for not having them, but they no longer call for them now that they're in government #BBCQT

The BBC went undercover at an LGBT asylum seeker event in East London and the attendees admitted not even 0.01% of them was actually LGBT. They openly said “when you go for your Home Office interview you have to be shameless”. We must be ruthless with these criminals scumbags.

🚨 BREAKING: Stephen Miller says it PERFECTLY after a fake "asylum seeker" in Mexico says they're just waiting for Trump to LEAVE OFFICE before storming the border "We’re just waiting for that president to go." MILLER: "Everyone involved in the asylum system knows and understands the claims are all FAKE: the aliens who make them, the free NGO lawyers who file them, the judges who hear them, the federal officers who process them." "Everyone. Everyone knows the real reason these migrants come. Even a small amount of US welfare is 10x what they would earn in their home countries. If they have a “birthright” child it’s enough welfare to support their entire family back home for a lifetime. Entire foreign economies are sustained by US welfare remittances. It’s industrial-scale remittance farming."

Zoe Gardener, "Ukrainians have a safe route to get here.. Nobody from Ukraine got on a small boat and had to be put up in hotels.. We provided them with housing, let them get jobs, have access to welfare" Time Radio, "Regards to protests in Epping, do these people not have legitimate concerns?" Zoe Gardener, "The asylum seekers have no say over where they are housed" "There was a vicar arrested for sexual assaults and abuses yesterday, we haven't seen any protests outside churches" "Why? Because we recognise that one individual white christian is not a representative of an entire parish of white christian people" "So we don't go outside a church full of worshipers and shout racist abuse when a white vicar is arrested on sexual offence charges" "To go to a place where an asylum seeker is accommodated through no fault of their own because another asylum seeker is suspected of having committed an offence is racist" "If you have a problem with the way the government is managing the dispersal of asylum seekers then your target of protest is the government" "It is not innocent people who happen to be asylums seekers, who happen to share the ethnicity of somebody you think may have done something wrong"

We have just cautioned the Dpt of Employment & Labour on the exclusion of Asylum seekers in the definition of foreign nationals. Home Affairs has stated 95% of asylum seekers are denied as they are not legitimate. Given how it takes years for Home Affairs to make a decision on asylum applications, the holder of a section 22 permit can be entitled to work. That opens doors for companies to legally sideline local labour in favour of foreign labour which is subject to exploitation.
