My LinkedIn account got suspended today We onboarded a new admin to run outreach and he didnt follow the SOP He wanted to prove himself First thing we did was review how to mitigate this from happening again (after he got fired) Here is what I came up with: 1- Build a new onboarding form via ChatGPT 2-Put in specific points that talent needs to acknowldge "I acknowledge that if I cause a suspension on the linkedin account due to sending more requests than I am told it will lead to auto termination and a 1 star review on my upwork profile" Attack the process Not the people Ops brain at work over here

We picked up the ambulance in France today, and everything went smooth. Tomorrow, we will start heading east to deliver the ambulance, detectors, and other equipment to our teams in Kharkiv. The team had a great meeting with the Mayor of Kharkiv today. We discussed our mission in Kharkiv, US veterans working together with Ukrainian veterans for a mine free Ukraine and Kharkiv. Also learned how connected the Mayor is with Dallas and found out something new. Kharkiv is the sister city of Dallas, TX. The world is a small place because we are having our first annual gala in Dallas May 31st raising awareness and funds for mine-action in Kharkiv. I'm going to tell you the truth. It is harder. It is. The question is: Is it worth it? Some people say, "Oh it's not harder work." Yes it is. It's harder work. You can pursue comfort or you can pursue excellence. If we pursue comfort, we gotta give up some excellence. But if we pursue excellence, then we're just going to face more adversity. Everyone who's ever accomplished something excellence has had to overcome it. We are here today for a reason. Two reasons actually. Reason #1 is let's make sure that we identify and realize the opportunities that are in front of us.
