If you put context on the table, the work Maresca has done looks magical. - Making hard decisions to cut down the squad. - Compete toe to toe (didn't park the bus) against top teams. - Trained players within a few months to understand his system and which ever team he fields plays the same way with clear identity. - Managed the minutes within our injury prone squad wonderful, which has reduced the rate injuries. - Gets the players to play with the same intensity and commitment every match. - Took Chelsea to 3rd in the League for the first since 21-22 season.
