No, it’s probably not fine that you guys have not responded to me. I lost my brand new peak pro with my 3-D XL and you guys have no idea where my item is. I’ve emailed you guys at this point. You guys need a customer service line because your customer service is trash and your warranty is bullshit. Can I please know where my peak pro is at? Very unprofessional from you guys to just tell me oops after spelling $500 on a device that was flawed. @puffco get your shit together
