It's really a shame War mode never caught on post-COD:WW2 (besides 2 basic maps in MWIII) Imagine if there was a new mission every season that tied into the post-launch story. Then you can actually experience it vs just being fed vague 60s intro/outro cutscenes that go nowhere

Joe Rogan and Post Malone talk about how energy imprints on a certain object. The theory is that objects can hold onto energy from the past. So if you walk into a house where there was a horrific murder of some sort for example, you'll feel it. Post Malone compares it to walking into a new house where you just feel emptiness, you can feel that it's brand new. What do you think about this? cc: therogangrid

.Marc Andreessen 🇺🇸 and Jack Altman on the media shift post-2016. “There was a fear that the internet was going to eat the news business in the ‘90s. It actually didn’t happen. Then it was really after 2015, social networking went big, and then their businesses started to collapse.”

They really built up that whole “Kabir turning rogue” angle in Tiger 3’s post credit scene… only to undo it within the first 30 minutes of War 2 by revealing he’s just on a secret RAW mission. Wasted potential fr.

Kristen Stewart says she caught the OG Twilight on TV recently and it's actually really good "I caught a chunk of Twilight the other day on TV and I was like this sh*t's really good the OG Twilight's great" "then it just gets like absurdist weird just like a sort of reflection of a time. It was cool to watch Catherine make that movie with her female soul and body in an environment that was like not easy especially then at that time" "People's fixation on your hair It's like the biggest thing. It's ridiculous...Anyway Twilight was tight"

Apple’s new Gaussian Splat model seems like the perfect tech for a native Maps app on Vision Pro. Imagine an immersive version of Look Around where you can actually walk through cities and explore places from every angle, in 3D. I tried it with some of my favorite places, and it genuinely feels like being there again. It’s wild that this works from just a single image.

Your social posts used to die in 48 hours. But Google… just changed everything. Now you can connect your social media profiles with your Google Search Console, just like you do with your website, you can see which posts show up in Google, which keywords they rank for, and how many clicks they drive. And that flips the entire ROI of social content. Because a post in your social feeds peaked in a day or two. Then it's gone. But then that same post ranking in Google can keep working for months. And the thing is Instagram content has been indexed in search for about a year now. But you just couldn't measure any of it. Now you can. So I’m telling all clients to create content around questions people are actually typing into Google. I use AnswerThePublic for this. Type in your topic, and it shows every question your audience is asking. Then answer one question in every piece of content you create. Because now, every post has the potential to become more than a social post. It can become a measurable search asset that keeps bringing you attention, traffic, and customers long after you publish it.

I talked to Eoghan McCabe about why you should be posting more: "Personally, you see every piece of content you post. And if you post a lot, it might feel like you're posting too much. But because of algorithmic feeds, no one else sees everything you post. So you can't assume everyone sees every single post. The average person will only see 10%, 20@, maybe 50% of what you post. No one will actually see all of it. And you don't know what's gonna work when you're posting. So you really just need to put a lot of shots on goal. It's like having a high shipping velocity on product. Imagine it takes 100 posts for something to break through. If you post 10x a day, it will take 10 days. If you post once a day, it will take over a quarter. Once a year, it will take 100 years. This is an advantage that some younger founders have. People like Amjad at Replit, he can work and tweet. He's built a great product. And he's constantly promoting it."

Lewis Hamilton was asked about his penalties in the last 3 races 😔 We don't usually see you having these 5-second penalties, and now already third one. Is there a reason for it? Don't you get enough information or is it like just go incidents that you now have been getting them? Lewis Hamilton: I don't think it's a coincidence. I've just... Mistakes, silverstone was a mistake, got a penalty for that. There was a mistake in spa well actually it wasn't really a mistake in the last race, and I got a penalty for something that was really a racing incident, even the driver that was with it, uh, said it was. So, um, and then this one today was just unfortunate

#WATCH | Delhi | On former VP Jagdeep Dhankhar's resignation, Former Vice President Hamid Ansari says, "Even today, I have no idea what happened. I just know that the post of the Vice President is a very big post, and someone resigning from that post has never taken place ever. It can only take place in one situation, if the Vice President becomes the President. What happened, what the story is, I don't know. There is no pressure on him, he just resigned and was gone..."

As the world is on fire, you can always count on Donald Trump to be focused on the most important issues. Trump slams the NY Post after they reported that Mar-a-Lago was only worth $27M: “People aren’t buying it. They don’t want to read that. The New York Post has treated me great for almost a lifetime if they don’t change, there will be no more New York Post”

Guillermo del Toro brings "Pan's Labyrinth" back to #Cannes and says making the movie was "the second worst filmmaking experience of my life." "The first one being ‘Mimic’ with the Weinsteins. That was horrible... ['Pan's] was very difficult in pre-production. No one wanted to finance it, and in production we had everything that could go wrong, go wrong. If I see you on the Croisette, I’ll tell you. And then, in post-production it was equally difficult.”

🐻:What time will you be staying until today? 🐹: If Taehyung is there, then I’ll stay until my schedule the next day… 🐰: Can you really handle that? 🐻: Can you seriously handle it? 🐹: If I’m just with Taehyung and Jungkook, then this schedule… 🐻: I was actually planning to sleep next to Jungkookie tonight. 🐹: I was planning to sleep in between them. 🐰: Well, that kind of changes the whole story, doesn’t it?

So I was watching the Temptation Island season 2 reunion and actually stopped, because Mikey was being so annoying. Like Mikey kept inserting himself into EVERY single conversation. No one else was doing that btw. Then I just saw Mikey made this disclaimer saying that he was chiming in a lot and it might come off annoying 😂 #temptationisland
