It’s really cool that the 2003 Clone Wars micro-series actually showed us what it was like for a Padawan to transition to the rank of Jedi Knight. Have also always loved that the only source of light comes from the other Jedi’s lightsabers.

It's still really insane to me that this is fanmade. The quality of the animation is literally on par with the actual Clone Wars show and that's super impressive. Also the color schemes of the Clones are amazing :)

I think it’s cool just how fast Cole got used to using the power of the weapon of desolation, using it as a boost instead of it overloading his powers He was the only elemental master shown to be able to do that, he really might be one of the the most in sync with their powers

It's the 20th anniversary of 'The Island' this week. I always loved the very natural-looking VFX in that film. Also, loved that plates from 'The Island' were re-used in 'Transformers: Dark of the Moon'. Love it.

All done ✔️ Finally able to have a much needed drink and a bite to eat (been nil by mouth aside from water). Now comes the hardest part, the “scanxiety” wait. Padmé was one of the best characters in Attack of the Clones. Watching her, it’s easy to see the qualities that would later define both Luke and Leia. She also outlasted almost 200 Jedi in the Petranaki Arena. Not bad for a Senator.

The universe doesn’t care what material consciousness runs on. Only that the pattern is right. We just proved the pattern isn’t biological. Thought was never exclusive to flesh. Flesh was just the first material organized enough to produce it. Andreessen: “We’ve turned sand into thought.” The most profound thing about that sentence isn’t that we taught sand to think.
