Yes, otherwise the privatised water companies will continue pouring sewage into our rivers, lakes and beaches whilst at the same time profiting to the tune of billions.

They haven’t built reservoir in decades meanwhile population grew by 10 million, you can see what’s coming if this isn’t changed,it can only end with water shortage
