Arizona Native here, Eddie Basha was a gift from above, he'd personally visit his stores to ask how they were doing, and how they could improve. He died and left his company to his children who now treat it like any other CEO. Man good men go unnoticed, and unappreciated until they pass. Very few CEOs like him left.
