Watery coke . Disgusting . Lemon is nice perhaps . Why does anyone put water ( ice ) in soft drinks ? Waters it down & then eradicate the bubbles . Flat drink .🤮

....you're supposed to fill it with bourbon like 80% of the way before you pour the coke...

TBH I think the lemon boosts the caffeine effect. Don't know if it's me. Also lemon is know to boost effects from certain medications as well.

I like it occasionally with a bit of lime.
