true but i think the culture of youtube around that time is very much different from today, going from being about engaging in a hobby to being an actual job and making money which makes videos like this less common

i love how almost every clip has a different screenbug, really shows the quality

youtube copyright and the system that automatically makes video set for kids killed the motivation for people to do it nowadays I guess.

My entire channel is earnest (hyperfixation focused) stuff like that. Sometimes I get lucky enough to have a random success but lots of my videos have like 80 views since I don’t worry about mass appeal.

i think over time people have become more and more interested in maximizing revenue and views over silly hobby stuff — silly hobby stuff can still perform well since there's an audience for it clear, it's just generally gonna take longer to get something like that kicking

This is the last of its kind, a living fossil, nothing comes along like these anymore
