There are some big hotels, some big office complexes, Delhi airport, big construction sites in Delhi. We are going to make it mandatory for all of them to immediately install anti-smog guns to control pollution at their places. Vehicular movement is contributing to 25-26% of the pollution. There are other factors too which are causing pollution. Farmers are responsible for only 5-7% of the pollution. But Govt is filing cases against farmers unlawfully. It is defaming farmers. Attention is being diverted from real issues and farmers are being targeted...Govt has failed in providing a subsidy of Rs 6000 per acre/Rs 200 per quintal. Govt did not make any machinery available to us. Govt is completely responsible for this, not farmers."
