Doc: And you would’ve traded your closer because Tyler Herro is a closer. Say what you want about him, but he’s a straight up closer. Over the next few weeks we will be conducting a Meet the Coaches series, getting to know our assistant coaches, football operations team, and recruiting team. A Head Coach is only as effective as his staff, and I must say I am fortunate. Isaiah Taylor join my staff was blessing any time you can add another former WINNING Head coach to the staff is a blessing. Coach is coaching our WR but brings so much more coordinating our passing game as well As development. Coach is 1/4 former head coaches on the staff bring knowledge and perspective that helps me on and off the field.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander on his flagrant 1 foul on Austin Reaves. “I felt like he was hugged around me. I just tried to get loose, our arms got caught, unfortunate. Yeah, I didn't mean to hurt him, obviously, but it's the way it goes. I got a flagrant, it is what it is, gotta move on.” SGA also mentioned that he didn't ask the officials for clarification on why it was a flagrant because asking wouldn't have changed the ruling on the call, so he didn't care to ask.
