.Becky G visited the Rolling Stone Studio and discussed a common misunderstanding about immigrants: “The misconception that people have about immigrants is that it’s always bad where they come from. Like my grandparents, it was opportunity that they wanted to lean into to give more to future generations. That’s something that I don’t take lightly at all.”

Sean McVay says real leadership is caring enough to tell people what they need to hear instead of what they want to hear, and explains AI and technology are great tools but the value of human connection is non-negotiable in order to accomplish anything fulfilling “Are you comfortable with yourself to be able to surround yourself with truth tellers? Everybody throws the term psychological safety out there now. That doesn’t mean you’re always saying nice things to people. What that means is, if you love them and care enough about them to tell them what they need to hear, not what they want to hear.” “And that goes for, I don’t care if I’m the head coach, whatever. Nobody’s above being coached. Are you really building safety where people feel a freedom to fail, but also freedom to tell you, ‘Hey, I know you might be the head coach, but I don’t see it that way.’” “And then what kind of response am I giving to create that curiosity? And also being secure enough to take some of that stuff. That has been an ever evolving deal. Are you really communicating to connect and listening to understand people.” “I’ve really tried to work hard about listening more intentionally. But everything goes back to, it’s always about people. It always has been, it always will be. There’s so many cool upticks in AI and all these technological advancements, but I hope what doesn't get lost in the midst of it is anything that’s has to do with something that's fulfilling, that’s worthwhile and means something, it’s going to be about people, and it’s going to be hard, and it’s going to be worth it too.”

NEWSOM: It’s about empathy, care, and compassion — those are the superpowers. If you want to talk about strength. It’s about moral authority. We’re all messy. It’s ok. That’s what it’s like to be a man, recognizing that. And to love and to be loved. We all need it. The strongest people are those that bend down on one knee and lift people up — but also those that ask for help.

Aww, Jackson’s response to if he would ever get tired of performing and making music. ‘No. That’s my motivation & that’s my passion. I never think like being an artist is a job. It’s something that I love. I’m very lucky to have that as my career. I feel blessed’ #JacksonWang

We live in a world where somehow it’s “embarrassing” to promote your own songs on your own platform. I love that Lady Gaga is channeling her 2008 spark to push her music and art with passion and fire. That’s exactly what I want from an artist.

LA Rams HC Sean McVay - Comparison Is The Thief Of Joy - "You want to be driven to be great. But I also believe that comparison is the thief of joy. And I think what you always want to measure yourself against is what is the best that you're capable of becoming." - "Best lesson I can communicate to people. Always try to be the best version of yourself. Don't put barriers on what you can accomplish. But allow that to be where your joy comes from. Striving to be the best version of yourself." - "How can you really challenge yourself to elevate situations and people that you're around on a daily basis... And I believe that will lead to a peace, a stillness & fulfillment that is sustainable over time."

“Mr. Tony Needs To Apologize To That Lady. She Was Right To Call Him Tony. That’s What The UBA Policy Says. I Called Some People Who Work With UBA, And They Confirmed That It’s Their Policy To Address People By Their First Names. So If That’s The Case, Tony Elumelu Should Be Faulted Because, As The Chairman, He Approved And Signed The Policy That Requires Members Of The Bank To Address One Another By Their First Names, Regardless Of Seniority.” ~ Gana

🔥🏀 Sophie Cunningham brings that rare mix of raw fire, electric energy, and pure charisma to the court! It’s downright intoxicating to watch! You see it in every move: the intensity, the sass, and that magnetic personality that lights up the game. She plays with heart and passion that pulls you in. I might be liking her game even more than Caitlin Clark’s right now. Anyone else hooked on Sophie’s fiery vibe?🔥

It’s time to shift my content to something that will only benefit these boys. In what is such a transformative season for Newcastle on AND off the pitch there’s no room for any negativity and it actually fills me with joy going back to making the content I always have, what made me start. I’m not everyone’s cuppa and if you dislike me that’s absolutely fine that’s what makes football & opinions worthwhile, I’m a 20 year old lad not everything I say is gonna be gospel hahahah. Here’s to doing everything we can for them lads on that pitch, wearing that badge this season. HOWAY THE LADS 🖤🤍
