I do this everyday. 1/4 tsp of cayenne, 1/4 turmeric, 2 lemons, squeezed, 2 tbsp of ginger juice. It's amazing. Great for your blood.

That’s a great combo: I would increase the % of turmeric. Also turmeric should always, always, always be paired with black pepper. So most definitely add it to really boost the effectiveness of your concoction
