I disagree with the idea that someone who has gone through the education system and still struggles with English language proficiency is fit to lead. Effective governance requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to understand and implement policies that impact people's lives. It's crucial for leaders to possess the intellectual capacity to discern right from wrong and make informed decisions.

English is not his or your mother tongue and it’s not a criteria for one to be elected as a leader. Sokoto state is Okay under the leadership of our able governor @Ahmedaliyuskt . Majority of Sokoto people are Hausa and Fulani. We don't need fluent English, we need work from him and we're getting it

He is the governor of Sokoto for goodness sake not London mayor. English shouldn't be an issue here. He can delegate someone to represent him abroad. He can even go and use translator if he must. Leadership is about impact,vision,execution, n problem solving not Lang. Fluency sir
