The Americans can go away with their “PTO” lingo…it’s “Annual Leave or holiday”

This is a rookie approach. Nobody else is working those days so it’s best to save your time for other parts of the year. You essentially get them off anyway

29 days! You know how I know you're not American lol? I get 10 paid vacation days a year and that's a lot around here.

Amateur move planning leave so you go back on Mondays. Thursdays and Fridays are the best return from leave days. Swoop in, avoid the Monday 1000 emails anxiety, relax as the weekend is here again in 2 mins.

This is utter nonsense. Using your own maths then 64 is rookie numbers. Just take 29 Fridays off during the year, assuming you have 8 public holiday Mondays where you’d get a 4 day weekend then you get 95 “days off”.

If you go to the toilet for 20 mins a day you get 2 weeks off!
