This week's Weekly Tokimeki Question is on reflecting on the small joys of your day! Sometimes life feels too busy to reflect on the good things that happened, but we hope this is a gentle reminder to look back at your day and appreciate even the smallest things! It can truly change your perspective on your day ✨ Try this out: 1. Take a moment to close your eyes and take a deep breath. 2. Slowly reflect on your day. What is one joy-sparking thing in your life that you want to thank? 3. Take a photo of the thing that gives you Tokimeki. 4. We'd love for you all to QRT your little joys of the day and spread Tokimeki together! We'll be compiling some of your photos in a community collage soon, so don't forget to share your little joys with us!

The way we talk affects how we see the world. When we use positive words and stay optimistic, we start to notice more good things around us. It's like wearing happy glasses - they help us see the bright side of life and appreciate the simple joys each day brings.

To better your mental health, Yunjin recommends to look forward to something, even if it’s something small: 🐶:A life where you look forward to tomorrow, a life where you can have expectations. It's a very, very happy life. Even if it's something small, living with anticipation is very good for your mental health and very important. Very important. Just things like tomorrow’s lunch, tonight’s snack, or the content I’ll watch when I get home later. Living with small joys is the secret to a happy life

The safest way to be liked: Make your victories look smaller and your suffering look larger. This is an important piece of wisdom from the Scottish Enlightenment philosopher Adam Smith: If others people's joys are too great, we feel envy. If others' sorrows are too small, we don't take them seriously. Thus, we are prone to sympathize with other people's small joys and great sorrows.

'It's in the sky, it's under the sea, it's in space... The special relationship is everywhere.' Harry Cole reminds us that there's much more to the 'special relationship' than politics, and that history may still look kindly on Starmer's decision.

i love this moment from the last episode just taking a minute to appreciate the little things that make humans unique. how we try new things from observing others, something that may be gone for good if the hive is able to take over.

Sometimes I believe patience is humanity's greatest strength. It's the quiet power that carries us through pain, shapes our character, and reminds us that the most beautiful things in life are always worth waiting for.

The quickest way to overcome negativity is to count your blessings. We often believe happiness will come when life becomes perfect. But true joy begins the moment we appreciate what we already have. Gratitude reminds us that even in difficult times, God has given us far more than we often realize. The more we appreciate His gifts, the more joy fills our hearts.
