It’s been the Lynx way, the culture, I think people have long said that about us. That you can see it in the way we play, and that it’s real and it’s sustainable, it helps you through hard times… it’s fun for them, and it’s real, you can’t fake that kind of stuff… I have made mistakes along the way, for sure, but it only reinforces… the single most important thing they’re doing is the selection of people, of course the talent is probably what puts you on the radar, but the selection of who the individual is and who they’ll be for your organization because it’s really hard to undue the damage that it causes when you don’t put the time or when you think you can change someone. Coach’s often think we can change someone, and so, I hope I’ve made my last mistake, and we don’t go down that path again. Here's what actually works: Cloud/VPS: - Cheapest. - Fastest to start. - But you're plugging in APIs for everything. - Technically confusing for most people. Mac Mini (or any spare computer): - You control the environment. - You control what tools it accesses. - You can watch it work in real time. That last part matters. Watching Clawd (aka Molty) on screen teaches you how it thinks. The more you tinker, the better you get. Skip the "correct" path. Start with hardware you can see.

Do we need to build a Photoshop-like image rotation feature in ComfyUI? Tried to recreate PS’s image rotation feature inside ComfyUI. The tech itself isn’t anything special — it uses Qwen multi-angle, runs 32 angle variations of the image, then throws them onto a simple Canvas. The result obviously can’t compete with PS. Theirs clearly uses some kind of 3D technique under the hood. On top of that, a single run on my local 5090 takes 320 seconds — which is nowhere near an acceptable turnaround time. Just playing around with it for now. We’ll see if we can improve it later by switching to a 3D-based approach.
