It is reasonable to consider that Non-Human Intelligences (NHIs) may have been visiting Earth and other regions of space for thousands, if not millions, of years. The evidence left by these NHIs presents both opportunities for humanity's advancement and significant challenges concerning national security. Some of these technologies have undeniably enhanced our quality of life. However, to this day, much of this technology remains enigmatic. The material science behind the design and propulsion systems of these crafts is so advanced that the materials required cannot yet be replicated or sourced on Earth. Unfortunately, full disclosure regarding Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) might still be decades away. The accumulation of leaks and eyewitness testimonies over the last 50 years strongly suggests that we are not alone. However, until we comprehensively understand both the technology and the intentions of these NHIs, the full scope of this reality will remain elusive.

Naming names - people who have not been named yet - of those who directly have the ability to audit our secret Special Access Programs, dealing with UFOs and legacy exploitation programs - reverse-engineering of craft of unknown origin. The purpose was to DIRECTLY and publicly challenge and encourage our Congress, Senate and the US Senate Committee on Appropriations - SEN Patty Murry (chair) & SEN Susan Collins (vice-chair) - by name - who hold the SAP purse-strings and can AUDIT our SAPs) - as well as the current Director for Intelligence, Joint Staff (J2) named Lt. Gen. The secret UFO reconnaissance program, IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION, was, and likely still is, an actual real-world operation termed a USAP (Unacknowledged Special Access Program). That is, until yesterday, when the accurate and mighty journalist Michael Shellenberger revealed and reported publicly on its operational name, and alluded to its nature and purpose. It is my duty to confirm and verify this to you… The program/operation name is correct (though it MAY have been altered or updated in recent times). That IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION is tasked to: DETECT, QUARANTINE and TRANSFER UAP. It deals with Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) craft and ALSO documents any foreign progress based on performance capabilities derived from reverse-engineered propulsion systems from UAP/UFO craft. Both PASSIVE and ACTIVE reconnaissance platforms operated by the U.S. are utilized in the process of intelligence collection. I can ALSO confirm there exists a substantial collection of high-fidelity imagery and footage related to this effort, from a wide variety of reconnaissance and weapons systems platforms - representing a vast array of types of imagery (eg. FMV, IR, RADAR, Thermal, etc). Ultimately, IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION is indicative of crimes of secrecy, an intentional UAP/UFO coverup, and the abuse of power and position - obstructing legal and necessary oversight with a total disregard for appropriate transparency to the American and global public. The secret UFO reconnaissance program, IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION, was, and likely still is, an actual real-world operation termed a USAP (Unacknowledged Special Access Program).
