It's time for Equal Play ✊ ParalympicsGB is today launching a campaign calling for equal access to PE and school sport for disabled children. Shockingly, just one in four say they currently take part in sport at school. It's time for change. #ParalympicsGB | #EqualPlay

ParalympicsGB calls on the UK Government to commit to ensuring every child has the same access to PE at school. With 1.5 million disabled children comprising 15% of the school population, the scale of the problem is huge. #ParalympicsGB | #EqualPlay ✊

Thank you for championing this. I have a disabled child & we really struggle to find sports clubs in our city. The ones that were previously accessible via @RDA & @SOGreatBritain have closed due to funding issues, the nearest accessible clubs are now over 50 miles away.

An excellent campaign and a great film!

@TheLastLeg @fairplaywomen have they been in touch with you? #equalplay

@TheLastLeg Wheelchair basket ball & tag rugby , plus swimming for all previously at our school
