This lying toe-rag wants us to believe that new prisons will suddenly spring up from the ground under Reform. That isn't possible. The problem was tory policy of destroying all major services including prisons. Building new ones takes years.

Why would anyone want to criticise a policy that could make our streets safer? This policy by Reform would keep dangerous criminals off the street, would act as a deterrent to future criminality, & would empty our prisons by 10,000 or more.
