@julesaintmiss 42 year old Foreman vs 28 year old Holyfield

Man should've had that as a caption š

@julesaintmiss š

@julesaintmiss George Foreman might have the greatest of all of these in boxing history Chin Jab Right hand

You know ball

@julesaintmiss His second act was truly unique. He would take so many shots knowing he just needed to land that perfect right. Because when he did the fight was OVER

@julesaintmiss His power was uncanny. Thatās why Ali is such the GOAT for how he fought Foreman.

@JRSTECHSERV614 @julesaintmiss Totally agree. That being said ā¦. If second act mentality foreman was in the head of first act foreman during that fight George wouldāve destroyed Ali.

@julesaintmiss Let me sit on that one

@julesaintmiss Iāll start here. It wouldāve been a better fight, not destroyed. Ali punched harder than Evander. He couldnāt eat Aliās punches like that.

@JRSTECHSERV614 @julesaintmiss Destroyed mightāve been a bit zealous. Lol. But I do think he wouldāve won. Frazier came within an eyelash of beating Ali in their 3rd. Can you imagine how different the GOAT debate would be if Frazier won 2 out of their 3 fights?

@julesaintmiss Man RIP to the legend. He was a good soul

Facts

@julesaintmiss šÆšÆšÆ

@julesaintmiss Foreman only got knocked down twice: Once by Ali in 1974 (he lost); and by Ron Lyle in 1975 (he won). He stumbled into the ropes, ruled a knockdown, in 1977 fighting Jimmy Young (he lost). He retired. He came back to fight in 1987 and was never knocked down again.

@julesaintmiss Those old school heavyweights were made of bricks

@julesaintmiss Seen his fight with Ron Lyle? Foreman basically gets ko'd in that fight, wakes up, makes the 10 count and wins the fight.

@julesaintmiss Mind you, these are true heavyweights so those punches stick

@julesaintmiss One of the best chins in history. The knockout against Ali was more fatigue and dehydration. Taking the hardest punches against gunners like Briggs, Morrisson, and Holyfield and so on. If Ali would have gotten those punches he'd be down.

@julesaintmiss He canāt only dish it, he can certainly eat some too. Tough man

@julesaintmiss That's not a chin, it's an anvil.

@julesaintmiss Foreman, like another version of Tyson

@theCBsport But got chin than Mike right?

@julesaintmiss So you're saying his jaw is harder than Mike's?

@theCBsport Thats what I said

@julesaintmiss Yes, his jaw is incredibly strong. He carries on as if he hasn't taken a single blow.

@julesaintmiss Weāve been talking about it for 50 years broā¦

@julesaintmiss Bruh was getting the premium CTE subscription

@julesaintmiss The most incredible thing is how he never showed any signs of severe brain damage given all the wars heās been through and all the shots he took to the head

@julesaintmiss If we are honest, Holyfield didn't possess the most powerful punch. He was a fighter who thrived on throwing many punches.

@julesaintmiss Other than Ron Lyle...nobody really rocked George. Fatigue got him in the Ali fight, but I'll give Lyle his props...dropped George TWICE.

@julesaintmiss Or, maybe how great Heavyweight boxing was in the late 1980s into the 90s. Hollyfield, Bowe, Foreman, Tyson, Gollata, Lewis, Klitchos, and Roy Jones getting the title. That was a great era

@julesaintmiss šTime to mention that Holyfield (28) was 14 years younger than Big George (42).

@julesaintmiss Not this version of Foreman, but Foreman in his prime and the other guys from his era would absolutely beat the fucking snot out of modern heavyweights. Watch their old fights and see how hard those fuckers hit. Their chins were made of steel.

@julesaintmiss

@julesaintmiss nikka defense is eliteš„š„š£ļøblocking all the shots with his facešÆ

@julesaintmiss What about Holyfieldās chin though?

@julesaintmiss Evander in there swinging for his mf life and that nigga just would not go down šššš

@julesaintmiss Watch his fight against Ron Lyle and then letās talk. š

@julesaintmiss This era >>>>

@julesaintmiss Everything about George Foreman should be studied šÆ

@julesaintmiss RIP Mr George Foremanš Big George was definitely like:

@julesaintmiss 2 hof careers.

@julesaintmiss He was 42 years old here 72 fights deep already š man was a tank!

@julesaintmiss Itās time we talk about Holyfield steroid use

@julesaintmiss Arguably the greatest boxer Iāve ever watched. I was 14 when he knocked out Michael Moorer for the belt. I watched it live. šæ

@julesaintmiss Time we talk about how good Holyfield was

@julesaintmiss A chin as strong as his punch, this man was a powerhouse Briggs claimed he had never felt power like that ever it was like being hit by a car, he said he got ran over by a car and said Foremanās punches still hurt morešš

@julesaintmiss Big George was a tank

@julesaintmiss We been talking bout it twin
