It’s true it’s often in coffee shops.

I'm not saying I like vocal fry, but women can get away with it better. I once heard a man with a ridiculous amount of vocal (for a man but still less than women) and he sounded awful But I've never seen this show. Looks like it's up my street.

Note to Coffee Shop managers: when your staff interacts with me like this, you lose a customer. Spend five minutes demonstrating basic, gracious customer service to your new hires. And tell them not to swing the pad around to tell me to give them an 18% tip on my cappuccino order if they couldn't even give me one second of eye contact.

Loudermilk is a fantastic show 👍🏻

Up talk started in the valley in California.

Lt. Nixon.

Sam Altman is using vocal fry all the time.

Ron Livingston as Sam Loudermilk in the comedy TV series Loudermilk This scene is from Season 2, Episode 1: "Invitation Only"

I so despise the creep of affectation

🤣🤣🤣

the way shes looking at whoever is talking to her while the cups stack up says everything about working service jobs

it's called a fry voice . ide rather be deff than have to listen to it 🤮

Fantastic show

The "waaouu..." at the end got me! :D

Yeah it is actually annoying a bit. Condescending type of voice modulation... I thought outsiders see it more as that...

It's part of being a "barista" wannabe

big muff pi t-shirt :-) :-)

Shut up man and get out of the line already

I get an involuntary urge to clear my throat

@grok what show is this?
