The same thing happened with Stroll and Charles and there was no penalty
He's right, they are giving him a penalty for something that did not actually happen thanks to the count back...
So the lap is void, but the incidents that took place aren’t; Alonso hasn’t lost a place but Carlos still gets a penalty. Just seems silly.
