They say by the time your child is age 12, you would have already spent 75% of the time you would ever spend with them. It’s 90% at 18. It's a reminder of how quickly these years pass right now the days feel ordinary. Daily routines, exercise eating, but these is the majority of time we spent. The truth is childhood is short but I don’t use it as a reason to feel sad but as a way to not take for granted and lean in. The mess that I have to pick up daily, the conversations that feel small but mean everything. One day these years will just be memories and I’ll be so happy I slowed down to notice them. Slow down and make the most of these little years because this is where almost all the forever memories come from.

25 years of 8701…crazy how fast the time went. We can talk about the streams/sales. We can talk about the awards. But 8701 was always bigger than the numbers or any of those things. It’s the memories we made. It’s the fact that this album is what transformed me and truly put me on the map from a teen into a young man. Thank U for all the love and support. U are what has made 8701 so special for all these years. 25 years later and we’re still making memories.

"aseul who have known each other for over 16 years, are affectionately nicknamed the 'old married couple' duo by c-fans. when was the last time they really felt, "wow! we've known each other for so long!"?" 🐰: it's been 16 years?? it's really been a long time.. 🐻: but recently i organized my phones. i keep going back until i found our old photos from our trainee days. do you know that day when we took the photo with the red scarf and ate the cake? i even have the photos of that time. we really haven't changed at all 🐰: really? why i don't have it? 🐻: i'll send it to you later 😂 so, when i found those old photos, i thought "wow it really has been a long time" 🐰: actually even though we've been together for a really long time, it's really rare when we feel that. but being asked if it's been 16 years like this makes us realize all over again 'wow, we've truly been together for a long time' 💞💞🩷💛

20 years ago today, I took my first steps in professional football. At the time, I didn’t know where this journey would take me. I only knew how much I loved the game and how grateful I was for every opportunity to play it. Looking back now, I think of all the moments, the people I met, the lessons I learned and the memories that will stay with me forever.
