It's working now 😁 The code is on GitHub: So this project is a 2D digital twin that synchronizes a physical object in this case an mpu6050 sensor to an Arduino with a virtual model. Here it's the robot image in real time. Some of the issues I fixed:... - Shaky wires 😭 , when the USB cable shakes, the serial connection drops... I solved this by writing an auto reconnect function that searches for the Arduino without crashing and also fixed the position of the Arduino - There was also a time delay between the Arduino and python and a lag between the data received and the pygame interface... Too much data.show more

the 'shaky wire' struggle is so real. writing an auto reconnect function for the serial drop is actually a galaxy brain move though, most people just tape the cable and pray.

@Rufus87078959 Oh no there was no AI in it 😂 The Arduino streams the real time z angle data from the mpu straight to python and then pygame acts as the rendering engine mapping the sensor values to the 2D digital twin's orientation. You could have asked the question here initially 😂
