That attempt was abruptly halted on its tracks by the late comrade Billy Masetla in the November 2016 NEC Meeting. Delivering his closing remarks at the meeting, a visibly enraged JZ warned the NEC members that if the matter of his recall gets tabled again in the NEC meeting, that meeting will not quorate as he had intelligence files on all NEC members and that more than half of the NEC members have corrupt dealings. He threatened to present those files to the law enforcement agencies and that more than half of the NEC members would land in jail. He expressed his disgust at JZ as president for threatening NEC members and dared him to hand over those files to the law enforcement agencies.
