Let me explain why this is a legitimate tactic. SCOTUS set the groundwork in the horrible decision of Citizens United. The opinion stated that money is equivalent to speech, therefore is protected under the First Amendment. Where they got it wrong was they extended that right to corporations as persons. However, what SCOTUS opened the door for is a challenge that the taking of money in the form of taxes is a seizure and confiscation of speech.

If everybody would stick together that would work. Unfortunately they have put so many roadblocks up such as racism and party sides, not sure that would be possible.

The bigger question would be: “How long will it take for them to wake up to the facts, and stop being a pussy”🤔
