🗣️ Mikel Arteta: “What this team has done in the last eight months has been incredible. We’re going to use this disappointment and this fire in the belly to have the most amazing two months that we have ever together. That’s on us.” ❤️‍🔥

What’s happening in Guatemala right now is unbelievable. The amount of plastic we captured… we’ve never seen anything like this before. We’ve been scooping day and night for over a week and we’re still not done extracting it all.

Big thanks to BBC Morning Live for correcting the mistake before the end of the show. It often takes ages for corrections to happen & whilst its never ideal for incorrect info to be stated - correct info being provided within the same show is amazing. Spelt is NOT gluten free 🙌

A year ago today I was told that my wife would never be the same after not having oxygen to the brain for 5 mins BUT GOD had other plans for her life. It’s been a long year but her progress has been amazing. Having to relearn everything had to be annoying but we made it!!!

Just 7 months ago, Sienna was living completely by herself on the streets of Thailand, completely terrified of the world around her. Fast forward to today, and she is living a totally different reality in Wales with her amazing new family. She spends her days exploring the beautiful countryside with her new doggy cousin, looking healthy, happy, and so incredibly loved. Seeing her beautiful physical transformation is incredible, but the best part of this story is knowing that Sienna is not scared anymore. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿❤️

I really thought there was a good chance the Rays would never play in the Trop again after the hurricane.. Now it looks better than ever before. Insane… Fantastic job to EVERYONE who worked so hard to bring the Trop back. Gonna enjoy the last few years here. Story’s not done yet 😉

The wait is finally over. After months of work, the Luma mod for Metaphor: ReFantazio is done! This is from Idarion, the same talented modder that brought you the Persona 5 mod. Gamers have been asking for this since release, given the game completely lacked TAA and HDR support. The mod feature set is wide and takes care of the most lacking graphical aspects of the game: - DLSS & FSR (fixes the extremely aliased and shimmery) - HDR support and improved SDR - Fixed broken bloom - Improved performance by adding shadow map frustum culling Download: As usual with Luma, the installation is just: extract the files and play. Comparison videos and images of Vanilla vs DLSS below:

ANNOUNCEMENT TIME. . TOM A SMITH X SWIM SCHOOL I DONT WANT YOU TO HAVE TO REMEMBER ME FOR LONGER THAN YOU EVER KNEW ME Can I start by saying that this is the best song I’ve ever written. When we play it live it’s had the best reaction I’ve ever had and it’s been requested almost daily since we first played it. It’s also the longest title ever! . I wrote it with a female co-harmony in mind and after a chance meeting at Isle of Wight Festival the amazing Swim School agreed to collaborate. Can I just say that Alice is one of the most creative, innovative performers I have ever met. We ended up with layer upon layer of her incredible vocals that completely dominate the song and take it to another level. What a band man. . . I can’t wait for you to hear it but you’ll need to wait until 30/8.

🇮🇹 Here comes the “slum” of Italy, according to MAGA. Civilization collapsing before our eyes. Apparently. This is the story they love to sell. Europe as a failed continent, unsafe and falling apart. It fits perfectly with their fear driven worldview and the same recycled propaganda they never get tired of repeating. Reality looks very different. Europe works. It’s alive, social, and deeply human. Cities function. People gather. Culture breathes. Life happens out in the open. And yes, normal Americans are welcome here. Always have been. The curious ones. The open minded ones. The ones who actually travel. MAGA? No. No MAGA, no Russians, no North Koreans are welcome. They mostly just post about it. No passport, no stamps, no clue, but endless opinions.

Last night I had the absolute pleasure of attending the Edinburgh Tattoo for the first time. 👌 Why I have never been before is beyond me. 🤷‍♀️ It was one of THE best experiences I’ve ever had. 🙌Overwhelmingly good. Made me so proud to have worn a uniform. If you have never been, u simply have to put it on the bucket list! I also had no idea until the end that the show does not make a profit, it’s all for forces charities! An extra special thanks to Alan the show director and Laura for hosting my family so warmly. I played my dad the videos in his hospital bed this morning and he cried upon hearing the ‘Skye boat song’. It holds some special memories for him and my mum. And to ALL the team involved in the tattoo this year, you made my family’s dream come true. Have an AMAZING month! 🫡🙏🫶

well, good night, cat blunts. i had such an amazing day with you both. and just to let you know, i'd never, EVER smoke you all. not that i was thinking about it, just... i love you guys. ok? sleep tight, and don't let the bugnars bite. :) (previously deleted this post due to animal welfare concerns— after doing some digging, it appears that this is just common practice amongst CN users for administering medication to cats— all the same, lmk if you have any additional information to the contrary) (from xhs - id 5385238223)
