GERMANY MOVES TO TAX LONG-TERM BITCOIN GAINS. 🇩🇪 As of now, Germans pay no capital gains tax on crypto held for more than one year. Under a new budget proposal, Germany wants to change that. Crypto profits would be taxed like stocks, meaning gains would be subject to a flat capital gains tax regardless of how long the assets were held.
