The president pointed out that registration databases, ballot counting systems, and election infrastructure remain vulnerable to hacking and manipulation. The president also said that election integrity should be a bipartisan issue. “Most importantly, addressing this crisis of election security demands that Congress must pass the Save America Act.” “The only reason you wouldn’t do it is you want to cheat.”
