You can order whatever you want. States run their own elections, not you. States already maintain their voter rolls and already remove people who are ineligible when they have verified information. DHS can provide data, but it doesn’t have the authority to order states to purge their voter rolls. Federal law already makes it a crime for noncitizens to register or vote in federal elections. The SAVE America Act doesn’t “save” American elections. It adds new documentary proof of citizenship requirements for voter registration. This affects about 70 million voters. but you know that because your intention is to suppress the vote. If you are truly interested in saving America, resign.

California is the worst offender! Non citizens work in our polling places & guide voters through the process. Over 30,000 non citizens even get jury duty summons here every year.
