To correct your misinformation here: The EHRC guidance does NOT say that a trans man is "expected to use" a female space or that a trans woman is "expected to use" a male space. What it says is that they should not use a single-sex space designed for someone of the opposite space. If they feel uncomfortable using facilities for their own sex, they can use mixed sex or gender neutral options. And no, Samantha, men will not now be able to just "waltz in" to female-only spaces and claim to be a trans man. As per para 221 of the SC judgment, and the EHRC guidance, any male-presenting person can be asked to leave - that includes trans men and men pretending to be trans men.
