Shanon Burgess explains how he conducted testing to determine alleged timestamps for vehicle power on and power off events. As his testing reveals, however, these supposed timestamps have no corresponding date attached to them (see pic below from his testimony). The same “three-point turn” trigger that he and Judson Welcher used to form their entirely new analysis around, and which they now refer to as 1162-1, with trigger 1162-2 now being the trigger at issue. Their new theory is that John O’Keefe was jumping up and down inside #KarenRead’s vehicle causing both the Lexus key cycle trigger and the three flights of stairs ascended/descended Apple Health data on John’s phone! But wait… can someone please enlighten me on what, if any, surveillance camera footage there is from 34 Fairview/the crime scene?
