Been there. Had a dog who was sweet as could be, except when he went to the vet, turned into a monster: snarled and angry. Yeah, he was also too smart for his own good.

My old fat girl was the same. "Oh shit!". But seeing her bolt for the crack in the door when she was done made it okay.

Just amazing how they know that they get poisoned there.
