That looks so amazing! Do you know that if you make a portal to a different world do you keep your user interface and stuff or does it just become the game that you're entering?

Thanks!! It's all about agreements basically. If that other world permits the inheritance of mechanisms from other games, then it should transfer afaik. But for example if I am building a world around a specific lore/fantasy and I don't want people bringing in other things, then I as a creator of that world can choose to not allow it.

Very interesting. In my world I'm hoping to offer it as a place other creators can come 1v1 with their characters (but using my weapons and move sets). But lore wise there is so much we can do!

#5 You can't steal any cars and you can only enter from the left side of the car There's only one animation to enter the car and that's from the left side, during some in-game missions you aren't even allowed to get out of the car and explore the open world like this one here, I tried getting out of the car to walk on foot but the game didn't allow me to. This is because the Open World of MindsEye is extremely restricted, the Game doesn't want you do explore so it either forces you to move from point A to point B with a timer and most of the times it asks you to enter a car and you can't get out of it once you're inside the vehicle.

There’s a new website that lets you compare Kingdom Come: Deliverance II with the real places that inspired it. “Kingdom Compare” puts in-game locations next to photos of their real-world counterparts, so you can see how closely the streets, buildings and landmarks were recreated. It already covers more than 160 locations around Kuttenberg, and more are expected to be added.

Although you can't see much for the most part of this video, it is among the most intense combat videos I've seen so far. It shows a group of Ukrainians entering Andriivka, in the Bakhmut direction, firing at a Russian position, taking over it, and hiding in a basement. From the second half, you can mostly see a black screen but you can hear everything very well. The whole engagement takes mere minutes. I've done the best I could with subtitles. It is the 1st rifle battalion of the 93rd Brigade in action. Video published on MotoLife's YouTube channel:

Introducing World-Builder. A game that lets you prompt anything in to existance. You can make vehicles (anything that traverses air, land, or sea), you can build buildings, or weapons. Literally anything you can imagine. I saw people like Matt Shumer one-shotting games, but I don't think that's the future of games. I think the future of gaming is true world-building. BUT, the one-shotted games showed me that I think technology is finally at a place where we can experiment with what the UX of world-building games actually is. I've been building it between meetings, but its actually pretty fun and everyone at tenex is testing it out! If you want to play it, test it out with me, and maybe even contribute to it, let me know!

There are a huge variety of puzzles in Crimson Desert, so far each one that I have encountered in the open world has been different to the previous one I've finished. Each one of them required different approaches that sometimes it took me several minutes to finish. Once you finish the puzzle, it gives you this incredible feeling of achievement because you know you did it all by yourself, with no help whatsoever. Most games would usually start giving you hints not even a minute after you start working on a puzzle

Professor Ruth Wisse always famously said you should never talk to people about Israel without a map. And that's because if you just look at it in the prism that the Palestinians and their supporters want you to look at it through, you see an army with F-35 jets and tanks, and you see the Palestinians in Gaza without those things, and you say, "Okay, one is the more powerful, the other is the underdog. We'll root for the underdog." That's a common theme in Western society. But when you look at a map, you can see the reality: Israel is a teeny, tiny country surrounded not just by some of the largest countries in the world—Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iran, Iraq—huge land masses filled with hundreds of millions of people, but also by some of the wealthiest countries in the world, with hundreds of billions, and sometimes trillions, of dollars in oil and natural gas resources that Israel does not possess. So you have some of the largest countries in the world, some of the most populous countries in the world, and hundreds of millions of Muslim Arabs, many of whom have been raised from childhood to hate the Jewish state and to see its very existence as a deep wound in the substructure of their souls—one that must be corrected if they are to fulfill their mission on this earth—all arrayed against the one tiny Jewish state in the world. People continue to talk themselves out of leaving into their passions because of insecurities around “can they do it” “what do I even do to make money” ect and many don’t do it because they want the comfort of makingn more money in the short term versus the patience required to build something of their own around a niche, it all makes sense but man …. You live one life and I would love more people to debate starting things around their hobbies and passions, even if at first it’s late nights❤️
