I’ve been calling for a Royal Commission into the offshore processing scandals involving the awarding of contracts and asked the PM about it in Question Time. There’s no Royal Commission, but there was a very sudden announcement of an Inquiry. Let’s call that a win for integrity.

Good on you Zoe. It's clearly been a major issue since Morrison & Dutton held the portfolio.There seem to be a host of issues that require RC standard investigations built up over 9 years of LNP. Another issue needing exposure is donations from #fossilfuels to political partys.

@slsandpet I think there will be fewer Royal Commissions now the NACC is in place. Enquiries can/will be referred to the NACC.

@strangerous10 To honest the Royal Commissions over recent years have been informative but disappointing & expensive to not bring any real justice. It’s all nudge nudge wink wink with the political class never to be properly held to the same level of accountability average Australians have
