I've been feeling anxious and stressed for a while. Next Wednesday, I'm going to have an open heart surgery. I've been having heart issues for years (Aortic aneurysm in my case) and surgery is inevitable. I hope everything will go well and I hope to come back stronger ❤️🐇

My friends, I have an unfortunate update. I've sustained a heart attack and I'm in a dangerous AFIB. I don't know what's going to happen to me, but I just wanted you all to know that it's been an honor teaching you and helping you along in your path of life. I treasure the many friendships thst have been made here, and I hope that you all continue to love each other and help out, always. If I succumb to this, all systems sent in will be promptly shipped back. Give me your best vibes on this..

Sorry I've been away for so long with no updates. I broke my toe a few weeks ago and have been feeling a bit down while I heal. I can safely say I'm on the mend now that I can walk in my new lockable ballet boots. More to come soon'ish.

On Tuesday my Dad had open heart surgery. It has not been an easy week but we have made it thru and he’s on the road to recovery. He’s a warrior. Love that guy. Thanks for all the well wishes and kind words. No pressure Isles but, come on now..

This birthday feels different. It's a reflective one for me... looking back at how far I've come, while feeling incredibly excited about how much further I want to go. I've been fortunate enough to do so many things I truly love. From having my own radio show for well over a decade, to *The Juice*, *The X Factor*, *Off Air*, and so many other unforgettable experiences. But one thing life has taught me is that growth requires change. So, I'm embracing this new chapter with an open heart, full of faith, excitement, and gratitude for everything that's ahead. To God be all the glory for every opportunity, every lesson, and every blessing. And to every single one of you... thank you.
