This is for the person who struggles with their body image. You are not alone. All the time, I wish I had even a tiny bit of consistent confidence in my body. You know what I’ve realized? I can love myself no matter what my body looks like. I can trust myself no matter my size. I can care for myself no matter what other people think of me. Can I say how hard that is when people tear me down in comments or messages? To still love myself regardless of how I’m treated? That’s a mission. It’s actually the mission we’re all on. My body can be sacred to me even if I’m self-conscious about it. People keep saying, "You've been talking about her for two years, and she hasn't said anything." So what exactly are you expecting me to do? Stay silent and pretend nothing happened? Am I not allowed to speak about how I feel I was used and betrayed in that marriage? Am I not allowed to talk about my own pain, my experiences, what I lost, or how I believe I was lured into coming to this country? Why is it that some people believe only one side should have a voice? Some of you are uncomfortable because these issues are now in the public domain. You would rather everyone acted as though nothing ever happened and quietly moved on. But that's not how life works. People process painful experiences differently, and some choose to speak about them. If you expected complete silence after everything that happened, then you're going to be disappointed. This journey isn't over yet. And yes I just recovered my old phone today.

There’s not too many desserts that can help you get fat adapted and/or not beat your blood sugar up. This cheesecake fluff is one of them. It’s 1/4 cup heavy cream 2 tablespoons mascarpone 1 tablespoon allulose 1/2 tbs vanilla extract The best thing about this is I don’t love it so much that I need to eat it every day. Once in a while is good enough.
