Stay centered and grounded. I’ll be honest. I fell into that deep and dark rabbit hole, but you must remember that the inside of a rabbit hole is full of SHIT! You are going to have to grab yourself out of that rabbit hole. Don’t feed into the fear and don’t become desensitized to their actions. Be careful who and what you give your consent to..spiritually, mentally, and physically.
