This woman’s daughter bought a used car two weeks ago and it’s been in the shop 9 days out of those two weeks. The warranty won’t fix the issues the car has because the issues are being caused by an accident. I feel the dealership failed big time on this trade in. Why take a car on trade that has issues they refuse to fix. I can’t imagine them selling a car to anyone and saying that the warranty is voided because of extensive damage caused by an accident. To me this sounds like the dealership scammed them and should be liable for all repairs or at least replace the car for free with something comparable. I’ve never experienced anything this bad from a dealer. The closest thing I’ve had is that the new car I bought had a tire that had a flat spot due to it sitting on the lot for so long. When driven, the tire would vibrate like it was out of balance. The dealer kept passing the buck to the manufacturer and the manufacturer blamed the dealer. Eventually I was able to get the dealer to replace the tire because of pure persistence but the experience left me with a poor experience and I never went back to them.

They used a razor blade to cut through the window net and stole her son's iPhone 14 Pro Max, which he had only bought a few weeks ago. When she called the phone, someone answered and demanded ₦150,000 before The phone can be returned. She refused, so they reduced the amount to ₦50,000. She pretended she was willing to pay and asked them to send their account number, but they said they would rather call it out over the phone. She recorded the conversation, including their voices and the account details they provided. The account they shared appears to belong to a POS agent.
