I’ve been into off-roading for years, and one thing I’ve always avoided is river crossing. To me, it’s completely unnecessary. Just Mahindra & Tata things. I’ve taken my Thar to Spiti three times, and every single time it returned on a flatbed (Mahindra can check their own service records). Same story with Tata, honestly. These vehicles feel designed for home to office and office to home runs maybe 30–50 km at best. Pushing them beyond that is a gamble. Spiti isn’t forgiving. Conditions there are extreme, with temperatures dropping to –32°C even now I’ve witnessed it myself. Taking an EV in such terrain is simply the wrong call. In the coming years, a significant portion of Andhra Pradesh’s population may depend heavily on Krishna waters. This is a moment for us to think ahead and develop alternative and sustainable water sources. We should not depend completely on a single river or water source. One river cannot be the only lifeline for millions. We must plan today for the water security of tomorrow. 🌱💧

I’ve eaten candy bars for most of my life and the chocolate texture on top of most of them were always enjoyable to me. It’s like thicker sections of the chocolate that made it better. Being no stranger to having issues with textures I get it. But I never thought that this soils be an issue for anyone. This man doesn’t like the veiny appearance of a Snickers bar so he created his own contraption on a 3-D printer that cut it off so he could enjoy his Snickers bar. I often modify my food because of texture and mouthfeel of food. Like how I always peel the chicken skin off of rotisserie chicken unless it’s completely crispy. The soft mushy chicken skin that hasn’t been rendered is disgusting to me. It’s the reason why I even avoid eating rotisserie chicken just for that reason alone. Whenever I order a sandwich, I will often order it without sauce, and have them put it on the side because by the time I get home to eat it, it’s soggy and inedible in my opinion. So I’ve been told it’s a sensory issue and I can train myself to overcome it but to be honest I really don’t want to either. I always check my food and will just not eat it if it’s too soggy. So far that has worked for me. But this guy’s explanation for why he doesn’t like the candy bar is laughable for me, I get it, the texture ruins it for him which I can relate to.

Today, a story nearly became my story. While covering the flooding at Sampah Valley, I went back to the car to drop off some equipment. The water was at knee level, and as I made my way back, I stepped into an open gutter hidden in the floods and fell in. I was trapped for a moment and genuinely panicked. Thankfully, a man nearby pulled me out. I’ve been replaying it in my mind ever since. It’s scary how quickly a routine assignment can turn into something else entirely. Grateful to be safe. Grateful to the stranger who helped me. And honestly, a little shaken

Earlier today in Maasai Mara National Reserve, a powerful bull elephant was forced to turn back after attempting to cross the heavily flooded Sand River. The strong current and rising water levels made the crossing too dangerous, even for such a massive animal. This serves as a clear reminder to all driver guides and visitors that rivers can become extremely unpredictable during the rains. I’m being drug tested again today by US Probation. It’s been over 2 years and 8 months since I stood outside the Capitol for 8 minutes shooting a video. It’s also been over 8.5 years since I’ve had a drink or used a drug. This is what your tax dollars are paying for. Sorry for surging crime- necessary resources have all been allocated to monitoring me and my sobriety.

In India no offense, but especially among Thar and Scorpio owners there’s a noticeable tendency where they just can’t seem to handle seeing someone else driving a more expensive car or bike. If you’re behind the wheel of something like a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, they’ll often go out of their way to overtake you just to feed their ego. As someone who’s been into off-roading for years, I’ve seen it firsthand Thar drivers, in particular, can get aggressive, flashing middle fingers or picking fights for no real reason. Just a suggestion, or rather my advice: install dashcams on your vehicles Especially in situations like these where egos flare up on the road, having video evidence can be a lifesaver. 🙏🏻 It’s just a certain mindset, and honestly, it’s not worth engaging with.

Others are better at letting us know the real world range or how big the back seats are… so I settled on ‘What’s it like off road?’ Bear with me, as I’ve never made a car video with me talking in it before, plus I don’t have a camera man… Hope it’s not too amateur. They took a slide full of parasites and introduced it to a piece of garlic. With in minutes, all of the parasites cease to exists. The allicin which is a compound rich in sulfur, is what wards them off so effectively in laboratory settings. However it is important to note that they may not he as effective as traditional medicine when it comes to a severe full blown parasitic infection. While I always heard about people using food for health reasons, I never knew that this is what they meant by that. Now I know why people have seen using garlic for decades to fight off infections and other ailments. It makes me interested to see how I can incorporate more of these superfoods into my diet. For most of my life I’ve always avoided most medicine and chemical additives in processed food. I think that’s why I’ve been able to avoid being sick or having major health issues. This makes me think that if we start incorporating more of these foods that fight infections and parasites, then we may be able to prevent health issues before they start. I think that over the years, processed foods have slowly weakened and poisoned us, stripping us of our natural ability to fight off ailments.
