I don't try to massage the bad into the good, I erase the bad to make way for something better to emerge. For me, throwing it away is faster, and the outcome better, than trying to recover a piece of writing that isn't headed where I want it.

AI Generated videos at 60fps 📺 Yesterday, in the post that I made about Pika’s latest update that added a new `-fps` parameter which allows to set the frames per seconds of the generated video, from 8 to 24, I also talked about a technique that I used to turn them into 60fps videos “effortlessly”. Well, this morning I decided to add a new command to my Discord bot (Magnus) that does just that! You send it your video and the desired frames per seconds (could be 24, 60, 120, …) and it magically does it for you. The most crazy part is, that it’s all done with a 23 years old piece of software! Essentially what it does is generate additional frames between existing frames of the video sequence. This create smoother and more fluid motion by estimating and inserting intermediate frames, reducing choppiness and juddering in the video playback. This technique is called interpolation. In the demo video below I went, on purpose, from 8 fps to 60fps — It's a little bit extreme and I do recommend to go with a smaller bump if you desire a smoother result If you want to take a look by yourself, go to my blog and check out the source code. My Framer template was rejected ❌ This isn't what I was hoping to post but I always try to share both the ups and downs. I put the most effort ever into this template but ultimately it was rejected for originality. The agency niche is completely new to me and although I learnt a lot during the process, I obviously didn't do a good enough job making it unique enough so I have a lot to learn there still. I'm feeling a bit lost on what to do with this template as I really like it but I'd have to drastically change it (colours, fonts, content, etc...) to get it live on the marketplace. Maybe I'll just make it live on my own store incase anyone is interested in it still? As always massive respect to the Framer review team for upholding such high marketplace standards. Not going to let this keep me down for too long, I'm moving straight onto my next template and going for something more simple and similar to what has worked for me before (think a Refit 2.0) 💪🏻

When I was 8 years old, my favorite thing in the world was making mixtapes for my Walkman from my big sister’s CDs. That evolved into Lego stop-motion videos, and later, I fell down the rabbit hole of editing Naruto anime clips to Evanescence & Linkin Park beats. Looking back, it’s obvious: Sound and Video were always the main drivers in my life. I think that obsession also led me to my true love: Motion Design. A huge shoutout to Kevin who showed me +10 years ago the world of Motion Design. And honestly, look at where we are now. Who would have thought that there would be such a massive hype around Motion Design and UI promo videos? From giants like Airbnb to the new generation of creators like sutoxoriginals. The visual standard in 2026 is insane. But there was always one part of the process that felt like a grind to me: Sound Design. I love the result, but I hated the process. I was spending 4-5 hours per project just searching for the right sound effects. "Key typing effect" "Mouse click" "Subtle Whoosh" and so on.. So, I decided to fix it. I sat down with a Dev friend and we spent the last few weekends building a native AI tool right inside After Effects. The concept is simple: SoundDesigner AI watches your video. It understands the vibe and exactly what’s happening and when its happening. It sees a clock ticking or a text appearing, and it generates the perfect sound for it in seconds, synced to the action in your timeline. I’ve been using it on my own projects for a few days now, and it’s wild. My sound design workflow went actually from 5 hours to 20 minutes.
