Let's go! I have been using flowith for some time now. I am grateful that I was given early access and have been using Agent Neo regularly. Today, flowith introduced the new 'slide-edit' feature, which allows you to edit slides using Flowith's Agent Neo. I still remember when I had to create PowerPoint presentations on my own. That's now a thing of the past. Amazing tool!

Blue Cross Blue Shield “Once again, insurance has totally f*cked me over. As you can see, I have a feeding tube and insurance is not covering the formula I need to eat through the feeding tube. I have gastroparesis. My stomach is paralyzed” “I have been dealing with this for the last six years. And I have had to fight tooth and nail for the last six years for every single treatment that I have needed. And I am so tired of it. I pay them $300 a month, and every single year I have to call them multiple times and they don't cover things. I've had to skip treatments that I have been told will help me. Unbelievable. Kayla Harrison breaks down her brutal weight cut in order to make championship weight at 135lbs: "It's not good... I don't know really how else to explain it. I don't think that anyone can really understand that process unless they have gone through it. For 15 weeks, I'm on a diet. I only eat what my chef gives to me. If I get really crazy urges or cravings, I'll have a spoon of peanut butter. I think I did that 3 times during the camp. 14 weeks out I start walking, so every single day I walk 6 miles, I bike for 2 hours, or I swim for like an hour and a half. On Sundays I usually walk 8. That's on top of the 2 other training sessions I do a day. In the morning I'm going live, hard, either sparring or grappling. At night I'm drilling.And then 6 weeks out, I start heat acclimation... It's really hard. I just have to keep telling myself that it's chosen suffering and that, it'll be worth it."

Using Claude Code as a general agent part 3: Getting Claude Code to Ask me clarifying questions... inline, by creating a Clarifying-Questions .md file What's in this file is how the agent should format clarifying questions before doing a specific task. Rather than coming up with ALL of the context I need to give to the agent, I state what I want at the top of the docuemnt then i tell claude to ask me clarifying questions IN THE DOCUMENT. The agent knows to format them as empty code blocks and all i need to do is fill them in then tell Claude Code to finish the task at hand. Kinda niche, but I use this for EVERYTHING now: 1. State what I want at top (Ad Scripts) 2. Type out relevant context that's in my head 3. Tell the agent to ask @ clarifying-questions 4. Quickly answer them with wispr flow in the document 5. Tell Claude to continue This would be useful for nearly every workflow.

This American works full time in the operating room at a hospital and just got off a 12 hour shift It’s after midnight and she must now go drive DoorDash after being on her feet for 12 hours because the cost of living is so high in America “I work in the operating room and I just worked a 12-hour shift in the operating room and I cannot afford my rent. I can't afford my rent. I can't afford gas. I can't afford groceries. I can't afford any of my endless other bills that I am responsible for because I am an adult. After working a 12-hour shift in the operating room. So you know what I have to do? I don't want to be that far away from the production. I want to be in the mix. I want to have my hands in the code. What I failed to realise at the time was that running a bunch of agents feels less like being a project manager for agents and more like stepping into this super mech suit, where suddenly I don't just have two arms, I have 12. I can now look at seven screens at the same time, running five keyboards. I'm still the one doing it, even if I'm not typing ‘this’ as a keyword in a program. I have been hyper accelerated as a programmer. It's a different kind of programmer, but it still has the same affinity to aesthetics, at least when I'm producing Ruby code, and I'm able to combine that while being vastly more productive on a bunch of things.”

I have made it to 145 kilometers. I am one hour away from reaching 150 kilometers and from the supply box waiting for me there. Fresh socks, food, water, and the small things that feel like everything after this many kilometers. The hardest part is my feet. I am not tired. I still have the strength to keep moving. But every step hurts now. And every time the pain becomes loud, I think about my soldiers. I think about what they endure every day. I think about the pain they carry, the lives they have sacrificed, and the brothers we have already lost. I think about every soldier still standing on the front line, not only mine, but every defender of Ukraine. Then sore feet feel very small. So I keep walking. Thank you for following this journey. Anthony Kim talks about how it feels being on a team for the first time on the LIV Golf League: “I'm just one day in, but obviously I wouldn't have accepted to be on the team if I didn't like all three of the guys. I've gotten to play with Thomas now quite a bit, and just being around guys that I want to hang out with off the golf course is the reason I chose to be on a team because obviously I had an option to stay wild card. “But honored to be a part of the team, and I think as I get better, the team will have more chances to win.” He then spoke about his expectations and goals for the season: “I'm delusional enough that my expectations were the same today as they were two years ago. But now I'm actually able to produce some of the good shots. “I've been working hard, and it's nice to see rounds like today where they could have been much lower, but it was still solid and on a tricky day. “I think I have a lot of opportunity in front of me, and if I just keep working, I don't see why I can't be contending on Sundays. “My goals are the same as they were when I first joined LIV.
