It’s wild how life throws a theme at you ain’t it 🌪️ My life the past few years has felt like a twister…hence why I titled my new album Whirlwind. So when I got the opportunity to write a song for the new Twisters, it was a challenge I couldn’t pass up. Reading Kate’s story, I found a lot of parallels between our lives. We’re both chasing wild and crazy careers, but they make us feel something and give us a sense of home. Of course, I did do it a lot, but I think I came to think that talking about someone else when they aren’t around isn’t polite, no matter how much they are team members". 🌹: "We’re close and like brothers, but still, if you hear what you want to hear directly from the people involved, it’s much more comfortable for me, and I think it would be more comfortable for you all and the person involved too. (I’m trying not to talk about even that member’s TMI anymore. Actually, I did talk about it during the last interview. I’ve put in a lot of time and effort and work into this, you know what I mean? So I think that should be rewarded and I think, for anybody, you put in that much time, effort, work and you know you’ve seen the results and you’ve seen how much impactful you are and what you have done, like I said, you want to be rewarded for that. TiK ToK was the first single that I put into this world that had my voice AND my name credited!!!! I remember making it fun and happy because that’s how I felt and wanted others to feel. What I’m so proud of is that’s how this song STILL makes me feel, through it all, and those are emotions I want all of us to connect to. 15 (!!!!!!) years later, I see this song as a snapshot into the way I saw the world at the time. That girl was naive and wild and playful. This song eternalizes a side of myself that I love very much, and now see I have to protect fiercely. The world has changed so much and so have I. I absolutely love the new lyric change. (Shout out to RMJ) Yes it is permanent. I will re-record it when I have legal rights to! Now, my first baby stands for so much. It stands for fiercely protecting my fun and unadulterated joy, in myself and in others. The whole ride has been absolute insanity, but the JOY✨ is still riding. I hope you all can find 3 1/2 minutes of play in this song and connect with your wild child-like joy❤️

I thought like ‘All people might not like me but wouldn't it be worth trying to make them hate me?’. Like when would I have the chance again, since I’m already about to act for it. It’s a villain character I so wanted to portray and since I’m challenging it out, I wanted to look as much evil and make them hate me all the way! 👤: That is why we got such great results with that mindset you have.

I think the show itself is better. I think there's something in this that allows me to like stay in my life while I'm doing it and therefore I think allows me to take care of myself better, which I think makes me better at doing the thing. It's not like I'm saying I'll never travel again, but I want to see what it looks like if you do it a different way. And you know, people in my band have like families now and kids and some aspect of that, too. It's really important to me that they're on the road that I would love to like have them and I don't want to make it like near impossible for them to be able to do that with me.”

I think I ran out a little bit and then when I hugged my mom, she was the first person I went to was my mom and my dad. I wouldn't be here. It's quite simple. I wouldn't be here without them. I wouldn't get to have - wouldn't have had the chance to live my dream to live an incredible life that I have. I'm such a lucky person. I know I am. And I think that's also why I understand that. I understand what a lucky person I am to have been given that opportunity to get to enjoy my life since such a young age, karting, traveling the world, doing what I do. I get to now say thank you in the biggest way possible. And I also just get to give back and it's so hard to do that. When you're in my position ‘cause you always feel like you're taking and everyone's behind you and you're the star. But I really - I don't like that aspect of it. I only like the fact that I get to come in and see everyone so happy. That's the craziest feeling in the world is knowing you can have such a big impact on everyone. “what are your dreams for the future?” 🆑: my ambition is to try and have the simplest life, keeping all those passions alive, and this is really where i’m spending my time now. i don't really need anything more because i’m happy the way i am, and my only ambition now is to obviously be a world champion. this is all i’ve ever dreamed about and this is all i’ve ever worked for and what i will continue to do so. but just having a relatively simple life and of course, simple is relative and it's more simpler than what it is now because obviously my life is quite hectic and i travel from everywhere. i go everywhere in the world every week for racing, for different kind of events. but trying to keep a simpler life and at the end of the day, i think what really matters in life is mostly people that you love most and to just keep that in mind, even though life is obviously quite hectic. 🎥: eight sleep
