This is the new Logitech MX Ink Stylus. Very similar to the one they made back in 2019 (Logitech VR Ink Pen for SteamVR) Unfortunately you can only pair ONE to the Quest 3 at this time... Tracking is playable but this thing has no tracking ring so if you block it (and you will), tracking goes out the window.
