I’ve been warning for months about the EU’s insidious long-range plan to build up BlueSky and expand its network partners in preparation for a regulatory ban on X. They’re calling it EuroSky, and the goal is to impose a new Iron Curtain.

Social media bans in the UK and Australia exempt Bluesky from these "child protection" acts, even though they are full of open paedo accounts. This has nothing to do with child protection.

I saw this coming years ago when the European digital policy bureaucrats were praising the CCP's model at the Davos and Brussel conferences! EUSSR is importing the CCP's Orwellian high tech censorship model piece by piece, but instead of banning the US social media companies outright, they're going to bankrupt their European operations by extorting excessive fines (La Cosa Nostra style) until they're forced to block users in Europe and to end their losses! Europe has a dark future and the EU has become the Trojan horse of Beijing to dominate Europe and break up the western alliance.

E.U. is a total tyranny. When it finally goes down in flames, it will leave Europe a dark shadow of itself.

Australia is a huge issue in this space - they are a rabid dog against freedom of speech, force back doors into tech & apps, design and develop spyware - they are abhorrent to personal freedoms.

We all know how successful forced social media is. They may be able to copy China's business model here, but I dont think theyre going to get the whole continent to happily replace Facebook, Instagram, X, etc, without some internal pushback. Ultimately, if they want to wall themselves off from the rest of the world, let them.

I have a BlueSky account. I pretend I'm one of them. I copy conservative posts from here, take out the labels and post them there. They share. I laugh. Infiltrate them. If we all did this it would collapse.

It looks like the rise of Marxism, but it is simply tyranny over free speech. An "awesome respect for God" trods down the "ends justifies the means" into the simple Machiavellian dust from which is emerged.

This is unbelievable, yet not surprising. Europe’s history when it comes to conflict is not a good one. So much envy, bitterness and hate, something you don’t get in positive forward looking nations like the USA. (Except in woke youth.) This isn’t going to end well.

This is messed up. But I wouldn't say we "took our foot off the gas." The Trump admin has aggressively pushed the EU to back off the censorship, but they refuse to listen. The EU is full steam ahead with their digital control plans and nobody can stop them.
