Damn dude pretty good, how long did this take you? Did you use any third party assets or did you model and animate everything yourself?

I did use some third-party assets, mainly statues from the store, trees, animals and about half the ships, but I had to adapt a lot of it to work properly with my custom engine. All the buildings and houses and people are custom-made, either by me or a freelance artist who's been helping out. It’s been a lot of work, but definitely worth it!
