After a few more hours, I think I've figured out Opus 5. Opus 5 is trained to be more agentic than anything I've used. All Claude 5 models are like that. So what changes? The way to interact with Opus 5 or contextualize it won't work the same way as with other models. It loves exploring, so it doesn't need much guidance for it. Unique preferences, artifacts, and references compliment it well and enable cleaner and more effective exploration and execution. Now that it can explore more effectively on its own and understand intent better, the best thing to do is to get out of its way (e.g., it doesn't need examples of your preferences; a clear high-level description of it works best). It's truly agentic in that sense. A good first step to provide better context for Opus 5 is to distinguish between what's situational and what needs persistence. Regardless, persistent system prompts and CLAUDE.MD needs to stay lightweight. Remove memories and tool descriptions from these. CLAUDE.MD is also a great place to tap into progressive disclosure by linking command/skills to it. On the situational side, agent skills and auto-memory can leverage progressive disclosure and the improved ability of the model to use its external context/knowledge. Conflicting and unnecessary instructions, which are common at this layer (mainly to ensure reliability), are going to throw off this model easily. That's the biggest change I had to make. Simple, clean, and clear prompts and skills work best. I had to clean a lot of my skills and system prompts. The way I prompt remains the same (usually clear and well-scoped). MCP tool descriptions are also more descriptive and have been deduped from the system prompt. Anthropic released a guide on the new rules for context engineering, which was helpful here. I started to test the recommendations and created a little artifact with the things that worked along the way. This might feel like a lot of work. Believe me, it has been frustrating. But I think we can expect future frontier models to become more agentic and smarter at figuring out the right context/gaps. The best thing to do is to prepare for that now. Boris Cherny mentioned that Opus 5 is their least prompt-injectable model yet. I am not sure if that was something they intentionally trained for or if it emerged based on how it was trained, which is to be extremely agentic in nature and more direct in execution.

Bit of end of cycle / start of year testing AKA gym yap Front Squat 140kg: Very happy with this given I've only been back squatting for 9 weeks, and that's the longest cycle I've been able to string together in like 5+ years. I can technically call this a PB since it was beltless, sleeveless and less fat bodyweight so over the moon here. Backsquats of any nature keep tweaking my lower back so gonna stick with fronts for the rest of the year. Bench 140kg: Ive done this a lot in the last 10 years, but I was always 105kg bodyweight or more. So to do it at 97kg is a big win. Pressing power has been feeling horrible for the last year or so and I couldn't figure out a good programme, so happy that it's finally clicked again. Deadlift 200kg: Tweaked my lower back 3 times last year and put a lot of effort into fixing it up and strengthening it. 200 was easy so I did attempt 220kg but as soon as it left the ground either I would have failed or had a 10 second grind on my hands so decided to just not risk it. Goal for last year was to get healthy enough to be able to train the deadlift again and I achieved that so despite being far from my best of 262.5kg I've very pleased Ive been able to get to a position where I can train it again without headaches or lower back tweaks. OHP 80kg: Haven't trained OHP in a year or more, and stopped doing behind the neck press 3 months ago when I started benching more, so just wanted to do this for fun. Bit off my best of 95kg but its funny how much strength you retain without even doing a vertical press. Cutting down to 90kg again over the next 2-3 months then will see where I can take these over the rest of the year. No real numbers in mind, just happy to be able to train hard.

I really learnt from the best If your content is averaging 700 views it’s of two things 1. It’s either you did not warm up your account well to the hashtag you are posting with 2. You have a general content problem , you need to find content that has been pushed in the last 1 month max and post I have 4 iPhones , 3 iphone 8 and 1 iPhone 7 , I post content on all everyday been doign this for the past 2 years I use the iPhone 7 to post for one of my brands And I use the 3 iPhone 8 to post for one brand The most important thing is , find what works for one phone and spread it across others It took me years to learn this One big lesson, don’t tell your vpn to X , you will hate yourself , not telling people the vpn I am using so they don’t overcrowd it If you post a content in your main niche, you should be averaging 1k+ - 5k+ views Trust me it’s a lot of work I also started posting on instagram and YouTube and they work differently , don’t post the same video content on both without observing hashtags I also posted on lemon8 , one of my post average 10k+ views Daily I get around 50 users , I have gone viral several times, one of my biggest virality is 700k+ views I really want to buy more iPhone 7 and 8 , It costs me arround $50-70 for each locally here Recently I have been thinking of how do I get clippers locally to do this and train them but it looks like it’s hard because you have to train them Taking advice from the legend Alex Nguyen I have not made a lot but trust me , it works This is proof from one of the apps , we ask during onboarding where they find us

Most people think their AI is not smart enough. It is smart enough. It just knows nothing about you. Every chat starts from zero. You paste the doc. You explain the project. You explain the same project again tomorrow. I finally fixed that part: 👇 I have been running Littlebird for a while now. The idea is simple. It is a desktop app for Mac and Windows that reads the text on your active window and sits in on your calls. So it already knows what you have been working on before you ask it anything. You do not brief it. You just ask. What that looks like in a normal day: 1/ Chat that already has the context No pasting. I ask what changed in a brief last week and it answers from the actual document that was open on my screen. 2/ Meeting Notes that write themselves It transcribes the call, then hands me the decisions and the action items. I get to stay in the conversation instead of typing through it. 3/ Routines that run on a schedule A morning briefing. A weekly summary of what I actually shipped. It shows up on its own. 4/ Hummingbird for the small stuff It appears right where you are working, so a quick question does not cost you a window switch and ten minutes of drift. The point is not the notes. Plenty of apps take notes. The point is that I stopped re-explaining my own work to a machine fifteen times a day. Free plan if you want to test the idea before deciding. I’m less than 100 followers away from 10,000. That number might be arbitrary to some people… but to me, it’s not. Almost three years ago when I started this journey on X, I wrote “10,000” on a Post-It note and stuck it where I could see it every day. It was a goal. A milestone. A promise to myself. I’ve never used bots. Never joined engagement groups. Never done follow-for-follow. Never manipulated the system. For nearly three years, what you’ve gotten is just me, my creativity, my thoughts, my ideas, my humor, my critiques, my communities, my Spaces, my encouragement when I see you show up on the timeline. X is not an easy platform to grow on. In fact, I think it’s one of the hardest. Building something authentic here takes time, resilience, and thick skin. There have been ups and downs. There have been moments of doubt. Even these last 100 followers have felt like a climb. But I’m still pushing. Because I know I can get there. That Post-It note had other goals on it too. One of them was earning a living here. That hasn’t happened yet. But I still believe it’s possible. I just don’t know when. Through it all, I’ve stayed positive. Even when I’ve offered critiques, they’ve come from a place of love for this platform and belief in what it can become. I’m thankful for Elon. I’m thankful for the X team. But most of all, I’m thankful for you. My followers. My subscribers. My audience. My friends. When I’m lonely. When I’m tired. When I just need connection. I know I can open this app… and you’re there. Tonight, as I’m laying in bed thinking about how close this milestone is, I just feel gratitude. Thank you for walking this road with me. Peace out, everybody. Have a great night or a beautiful morning whenever this finds you.

5-Month Methylene Blue Update I've been taking Methylene Blue since October and I wanted to reflect on the first 5 months with it. I’ve been micro-dosing to experience the mental benefits, so usually 3-5 drops. In the first couple months the effects were truly mind-blowing. The cognitive enhancements felt like magic. My focus became laser-sharp, and my memory was spot-on, especially my visual recall. The enhancement of my mental-visual abilities was the most amazing change. I've always been a very visual person. If I had an idea, I could picture it much easier than I could explain it. Methylene Blue increased that ability tenfold. Verbalizing my thoughts became much easier as well. Methylene Blue is certainly a verbal lubricant; my words would flow off the tongue almost effortlessly (in a good way). So, 5 months in, those skills are still heightened, but the dramatics have worn off since I'm now used to these "Super Abilities" It's remarkable that I never felt like my cognitive abilities would decline if I missed a few days of Methylene Blue. The mental benefits were long-lasting. Methylene Blue is great to cycle on and off since the effects last. The thing that still feels like magic to this day is the motivation I get from a dose of Methylene Blue before a workout. The feeling I get from a large glass of water with honey or maple syrup, Himalayan salt, and Methylene Blue is pure drive. Drive, motivation, inspiration, and feeling like I can take on the world are what the above elixir provides. Not to be confused with energy like caffeine would give, it's a much deeper feeling of drive. It instills a mindset shift of "I'm going to do what I came here to do." Truly a life changing substance and I’m so glad I tried it. I’m happy I am learning about it so I can teach my friends and family about MB. I think everyone that can should be experiencing the laundry list of benefits from Methylene Blue. Check the first comment for helpful links. 15% off and a tool to search potential interactions. I want to know when you try it and what you think!

Coffee thoughts - I’m not sure Candace is coming back. “I want to thank Baron for telling me it was time to do this”. “Thank you to everyone that’s been on this journey it’s been a heavy one.” “Today went a lot different than I thought it was going to be” Just for the record the court filing I posted last night was to get more time to respond and to go from 25 pages to 35 pages on why the court case with Harpole should be dismissed for “Failure to state a claim”. She’s trying to get it dismissed before it goes to discovery. Put the paperwork in AI it will give you the specifics. We all knew it was coming. The money it takes to fight these suits is insane. She’d be stupid to not try to get it dismissed. And Tennessee has more laws protecting public figures so it would be easier to get dismissed than in Delaware (that doesn’t) with the Macrons. I still think more happened yesterday. And the way she was acting just gives me this maybe it for a bit. Maybe I’m wrong but I knew yesterday something was up. Her video seemed more directed at making her last claims on everyone than continuing the attack. There was nothing there for an emergency video. She’s heavily pregnant, she’s run out of material, she’s being sued and the cases are coming up, she has 4 kids about to be 5 and you can only attack people so long with the same accusations. The trial is coming up that will disprove the conspiracies. Or maybe she just wanted one last show until she gets back. I still question if maybe another lawsuit dropped. We shall see. Off to vacation myself. Apparently we are going to Spain. (Joking).

Astra (GPT-6) is here!!! I've had early access and tested it like crazy with things like games, code, writing, browser control, presentations and general knowledge work. This is the best model I've ever used. Period. (Incredible demos below in this thread ⬇️) Here's my take on Astra: > It's insanely capable. This feels like a massive improvement, not just an incremental change. This is especially true with zero-shot prompts. > It's all about knowledge work. Slide creation, analysis, writing, and browser control. And oh my...it's so good at browser control. GPT-5.6 was already fantastic at doing things in the browser, Astra is another level and significantly faster. > We're closer than ever (arrived?) at prompt-to-playable game. And I don't just mean only playable, these are actually fun games. I bet if someone with a great eye for games used Astra, they could create a viral game within 1-2 weeks. > Astra is better at writing but not perfect. It removes much of the "AI Smell" we're all familiar with but some stink still survived. > It has a tendency to use the same design colors and look/feel as GPT-5.6 (forrest green anyone?) but it is more steerable in design than previous models. > It's highly steerable in general. A little nudge goes a long way. When I first started using Astra, almost every task I gave it would go for ~30 minutes. I wanted it to keep working. Adding more specifics to a prompt helped greatly with it's ability to work for a long time. > Astra's 3D understanding is unmatched. 3D asset creation was consistent and easy and its spacial awareness while building complex 3D worlds blew me away. I'm still getting familiar with Astra but this will now be my go-to model for any difficult work I have. Check out the demos below: 👇
