1 Super Bowl appearance in 17 seasons is hard to believe with the rosters the Ravens have had

You can be a players coach and still be a bad coach. He's not a good coach. He's just a players coach.

Our GM has built and improved our roster, not Harbaugh. Harbaugh has been given the top roster in the NFL for at least the past 2 years and has failed to delivered. This organization won’t win a Super Bowl until he’s replaced

All he had to say was his age for me to realize he doesnt know shit. Buddy was 8 during the Super Bowl win.

yes he’s a bad coach teams undisciplined team lets off the gas way too early special teams bad game management bad situational football terrible

Yep! It’s time to #FireJohn @firejohnorg

Love to see you finally seeing the big picture. This team been ready to win the SB for 3 straight years and 3 straight years we failed. Time for a change. I appreciate this video bro. Much respect

Casual ravens fans and non ravens fans in the thread who truly don’t know about Harbs lapses and even tryna tell us about our coach is funny

That culture that won the ring was Rays team. It was known throughout certain circles that the leaders of the team didn’t get along with Harbaugh. Thats why after Ray retired you saw all of the leaders leave the team. That was never his culture that won. His was what came after.

Ravens fans sound identical to Bills fans that want Mcdermott gone.

Our culture is 100% Lamar Jackson. If he’s not on his A game we lose. If he’s hurt we lose. No other aspect of the ravens ever pulls weight. Even when he plays good or great we lose cause Johns not a good strategic or winning coach.

Welcome to the #FireJohn movement 🙏

You crushed this

Your Nuts, kid. Dude is great. Your team is great. Bills and chiefs are great too and it’s a coin toss every year with these guys. Yea he shouldn’t have punted this week but the dude is a stud and your team is great. Be thankful.

No exaggeration: this will be a top 3 coaching vacancy ALL TIME, if/when we fire Harbaugh. We could get almost anyone. Make the move. SB or Harbaugh out this year.

Super talented team with lackluster coaching, can’t do the little things right. That Anquan Boldin clip explaining that the players took matters into their own hands during that run speaks volumes honestly.

Ravens fans are some of the biggest ungrateful fucks I’ve ever experienced. Eagles fired Andy Reid won 2 Super Bowls and STILL NEVER had a coach better than him. Catch your int’s don’t fumble don’t give up tds on 4th down don’t allow 50yd conversions on 3rd & you might win!

I don’t think he’s a great coach, he definitely has let the team down numerous times. But he’s not terrible. At least he’s not Kyle shanahan who’s consistently had a good team on both sides of the ball and loses super bowls over and over

@ravens wake up you are losing the fans with the culture of choking. The Harbaugh experiment has run its course.

It’s the Tomlin effect. Harbaugh gets the most out of his players but sometimes playing harder doesn’t = winning. They are constantly bad situationally and it’s been the case for years.

He’s a bad coach my boy. Average, at best.

It’s sad how Harbaugh is more known for choking then being a Super Bowl winning coach. That where my opinion changed

Bro we have to get out of this mindset of to blaming hatbaugh for this team collapse, let’s be real, our kicker makes the pat kick we wouldn’t even Be in this situation, Henry fumbled the ball not harbaugh, this team was up double digits, defense barely was getting stops,

He was handed that ring and he almost lost that game too

Wen tf was John harbaugh ever a great coach!? I stopped listening after I heard dat dumb ass shyt 😒🤦🏾♂️😂

This is the definition of the word "jizz" with no other explanation needed

At the same time tho, it’s also on the players too

Sometimes things have just run their course. Both team and coach benefit from going separate ways, he would get a job immediately and can help instill a new culture in a rough franchise, and the ravens can get an offensive mind to benefit lamar
